It's unfortunately not practical to scan for Giovanni stops yet, but I added an option to the grunt view on the map to do crowd-sourced reporting if a stop is actually Giovanni, or just a decoy. It'll fire off a notification to #spawn-sightings on Discord, and there's also a new "Only Giovanni" filter on the map options to help you track down confirmed sightings.
