Map Overhaul!

I just finished up a massive project to completely rewrite the mapping software. There are lots of new features, and it should be faster, easier, more stable, and data-efficient. The highlights:
- Filter presets in the header (including some defaults), which can be saved/bookmarked/shared.
- Gyms now have team ownership, badge tracking/display, volatility ratings, and names on the icons if you zoom in.
- Looking for easy drops? You can add filters to only show gyms from your team with open spots.
- Raids can now be independently filtered by level, so you can show only level 3 raids if you have a quest.
- Grunts/Lures/Quests have all been folded into the Stops filter, and you can choose one of those overlays to display.
- The S2 view now shows how many gyms there are in a level 14 cell, and portals have 20m radius circles to help in placement.
- Nests and S2 views are now independent, and can be found in the presets dropdown.
- Hidden markers can now be unhidden from the settings screen.
- To save a preset, set your filters, and click the "Save Preset" link at the bottom of the filters popup.
- To update a preset, change the filters you want, then choose the edit icon next to it in the presets dropdown, and click "Replace Filters".
