Map Settings, EX Gyms, and Gold Badge Tracker

Lots of map updates! There's now a gear icon at the top-left of the map that opens a settings page. It's sparse now (just a traffic layer toggle and a theme selector), but it'll grow with time. I also added a filter to the sidebar to only show EX-eligible gyms.
Last week, I added a new gold badge tracking feature. You can add your gyms easily from the badge tracking page, or by clicking on them on the map. There's a new filter for gyms that allows you to only show gyms you're gold at (or not gold at).
I also made a lot of optimizations to speed things up and save data. Let me know if you run into any problems!
